Anniversary: Take Two

We've decided to draw out anniversary celebrating as long as possible. We took a day trip to Atlanta to play.
We intended to get up really early and leave by 8:00, but I couldn't get out of bed. I decided to take advantage of a little extra sleep and skip the trip to Ikea. Once we got into Atlanta, we headed for Lennox Square. I love shopping there, especially before Christmas.
After shopping, we went to the new World of Coke. We loved it! It is more modern and bigger than the old one. The section on the history of Coke is really detailed, and you could spend hours in there if you had the time. There is even a bottling room where they really make Coke and you can see all of the steps of the bottling process. We loved watching the commericals in a little theater as well as the 4D movie. Wes was very excited that he could actually see 3D, because the last time he went to a 3D movie, he couldn't see it. Of course, the best part is the tasting room. We tried our best to taste every drink, but after tasting all of Asia, Africa, and part of Europe and Latin America, we felt like we were getting sick. This is the first time in four trips to the World of Coke that I couldn't finish all of the foreign drinks. Our other favorite part was where you get to reach into a turntable a get a bottle of Coke to take home. Inside the tasting room at World of Coke

After drinking all of the yummy Coke, we walked to dinner at a nice seafood restaurant that we'd been wanting to try. It's called McCormick and Schmick's. The food was really good, the service was great, and the atmosphere was nice. We even decided to order dessert, which is something that we never do!
After dinner, we drove to The Fox Theater to see Wicked! It was wonderful! I have wanted to see Wicked for such a long time, and we finally got tickets. I really loved the girl who played Elphaba. She had an amazing voice. We are already talking about trying to get tickets when it comes back to Greenville.
